Yoga is the Journey to Oneself Through Oneself.
In this Bereavement Yoga monthly workshop you will learn to reconnect with yourself following your loss. Each month we will focus on a particular tool to help you rebuild and cope with whatever your life brings you next. Use of Guided Meditation, Thai Massage, and Aromatherapy will be used in each session.
